How do I know if my order went through?

Once an order is placed, you are taken to a confirmation screen that shows your order number. As well, a confirmation email is automatically sent to you with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder or contact support@brilliantmade.com if you don’t see it.

Do you ship to countries outside of the US?

Currently we are only accepting US orders, but we will start accepting international order some time in Q1 2021.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is determined by weight and location. There is an additional charge for multiple items, depending on weight and location. The exact shipping total is displayed during checkout before you place your order.

When will my order be shipped and delivered?

In-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days. You will get a tracking email when this happens. Shipment within the US usually arrives within 5–7 business days. International shipments can take longer to arrive.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you believe your order was mis-shipped, contact us with the order # in the subject line and an explanation of the incorrect item you received within 14 days of shipment receipt. Please submit all other return requests within 30 days of shipment receipt to support@brilliantmade.com. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Will all the products I ordered ship together?

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products in a single package; however, some items may ship separate from other merchandise. If an item is on back order at the time your order is placed, we ship the whole order altogether when the back-order item arrives. Our checkout page and email confirmation confirm this.
